💫 1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your package never arrived, and tracking confirms non-delivery
To be eligible:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original condition & packaging
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Mystery boxes (due to surprise nature)
- Digital downloads

- Email us at support@animewitch.com with:
- Your name and order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if item is damaged or incorrect
- We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days
🔁 3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You’ll get an email notification of the refund
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

- You may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or damaged
- We recommend using tracked shipping for your return
