💫 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your package never arrived, and tracking confirms non-delivery

To be eligible:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original condition & packaging
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
    • Mystery boxes (due to surprise nature)
    • Digital downloads

📬 2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@animewitch.com with:
    • Your name and order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if item is damaged or incorrect
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days

🔁 3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • You’ll get an email notification of the refund

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.


🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or damaged
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for your return
